	• Arrival Time Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. This will allow you to transition from the hectic pace of the outside world to the serenity of the spa world.

	• Spa Attire Ville Day Spa provides robes & gowns. We recommend that you bring your own sandals to wear when you leave the spa.

	• Cancellation Policy The treatments you select are served especially for you. We require at least a 50% deposit by credit card or with your gift certificate when booking services to ensure that your time is held. To avoid being charged from your appointment, we request a minimum of 24 hours for cancellation of a single service and 48 hours for cancellation of packages or multiple services. Same day cancellations will result in a 50% charge for services cancelled. No show appointments will result in a full charge for services missed. Gift certificates can be used for the deposit and will be void if cancellation is not made within 24 - 48 hour time period. 	• Cell Phones & Pagers For the consideration of all guests, please turn off all cell phones and pagers while you are at the spa.

	• Credit Cards Credit cards are accepted. Please note that a credit card may be required to reserve your time when booking more than one service.

	• Gift Certificates Give the gift that is sure to bring relaxation. Gift certificates are redeemable for any products and services offered at our spa, up to the dollar value indicated. They are non-refundable and fully transferable.

	• Gratuities Gratuities are greatly appreciated, as well as your referrals.

	• Medical Concerns Our treatments are not meant to replace treatments received by professionals at a medical facility for condition or health problems. If you have questions or concerns about a medical condition you have, please seek medical advice before booking your service. * All prices subject to change * All packages do not have to be used on the same day. Split up the services and enjoy your package for a couple of days!
